Velyr is an AI growth agent that ships one weekly conversion fix: a GitHub Pull Request on your repo, or a direct theme change on your Shopify store. Your code, your approval. €49/month after a 14-day free trial.

## What it does
- Every Monday, reads your PostHog analytics (traffic, bounce rate, scroll depth, click behavior, rage clicks and dead clicks) and scans every page in your GitHub repo or Shopify theme.
- Identifies the single highest-impact conversion problem across your full funnel — not just the homepage.
- Writes the actual code change: a GitHub Pull Request, or a staged Shopify theme change.
- Sends a Telegram message summarizing the problem, the data, and the fix. A Preview button shows your site with the change applied — via your host's PR preview deploy on GitHub (when your host builds one), or a safe throwaway copy of your theme on Shopify. Approve or skip with one tap, in Telegram or from the dashboard.
- Optimizes for the goal you choose (start a trial, add to cart, book a call) and measures every shipped change against it, alongside bounce rate.
- Compares bounce rate in the 48 hours after a fix ships with the 48 hours before — scoped to the affected pages where possible, site-wide otherwise; if it rose by 15 percentage points or more, it proposes a rollback for your approval.
- Keeps a "next up" roadmap of what it would fix next — one tap schedules an item for the next run.
- Alerts you on Telegram when its weekly competitor check finds a tracked competitor changed their hero, pricing, or main call-to-action.

- **Do I approve every change?** Yes. Nothing ships without your explicit approval — you see the exact change first, and a Preview button shows your site with the change applied before you decide.
- **What if a fix makes things worse?** Velyr compares bounce rate in the 48 hours after each shipped fix with the 48 hours before, and proposes a rollback if it rose by 15 percentage points or more: a revert PR on GitHub, or restoring the previous theme files on Shopify.
- **Does it touch my whole funnel?** Yes — it maps every page of your site and cross-references your analytics to find where users drop off, then fixes the highest-impact issue.
- **Can I protect certain copy or design?** Yes. Brand Guardrails are written rules the agent must respect; they are handed to the agent as hard constraints on every run.
- **Is my code safe?** On GitHub, Velyr only proposes changes as Pull Requests on your own repo. On Shopify, nothing is written to your theme before your YES, and every change can be rolled back.
